User control

You choose which Google account you connect, which spreadsheet and worksheet tab you use, how fields are mapped, and when an order is exported. You control the information after it is added to your Google Sheet.

Data minimization

SellerButton accesses information only as needed to select a spreadsheet, remember your configuration, read supported information from the eBay order page you are using, and complete an export you request.

No data selling

SellerButton does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, eBay order information, Google Sheets information, browsing activity, or extension settings. SellerButton does not use this information for advertising or profiling.

3.1 Google OAuth information

When you choose Sign in with Google, authentication is handled through Google OAuth and Chrome's identity system. Google provides the Extension with an authorization token and the permission needed to work with Google Sheets. SellerButton does not receive or store your Google account password.

SellerButton uses the authorization token only to open Google's spreadsheet picker, read the selected spreadsheet's worksheet information and column headers, and write exported information to the Google Sheet you selected. SellerButton does not use Google OAuth to obtain unrelated account credentials.

3.2 Google Sheets information

SellerButton accesses the Google spreadsheet you select because writing information to that spreadsheet is the Extension's core function. Depending on the action you take, the Extension may process the spreadsheet ID and name, worksheet ID and title, Row 1 column headers, your column mapping, and the information added as a new row. Your spreadsheet remains owned and controlled by your Google account.

SellerButton does not intentionally access unrelated spreadsheets that you have not selected through the Google Picker or created for use with SellerButton.

3.3 eBay order and website content

When you click the SellerButton export control on a supported eBay order page, the Extension reads supported information displayed on that page. Depending on what eBay displays, this may include order date and number, buyer username, recipient name, shipping address, phone number, item title, quantity, SKU or custom label, tracking number, subtotal, shipping charge, sales tax, discounts, eBay fees, advertising fees, order total, and order earnings.

This information may include personally identifiable information, financial or transaction information, and website content. These correspond to the Chrome Web Store data disclosure categories of Personally identifiable information, Financial and payment information, and Website content. SellerButton processes this information only to perform the order export requested by the user.

3.4 Website request information

When you visit sellerbutton.com or picker.sellerbutton.com, the website hosting provider may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and request time as needed to deliver and protect the website. This website request information is separate from the Extension's order export process.

3.5 Information you provide to support

If you contact SellerButton Support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, description of an issue, screenshots, and other troubleshooting details.

4.1 Providing the Extension's core functionality

• Authenticate through Google OAuth
• Let you select a Google spreadsheet and worksheet tab
• Read worksheet names and Row 1 column headers for configuration
• Remember the selected sheet, column mapping, and appearance preferences
• Read supported information from the eBay order page when you initiate an export
• Send the mapped order information to your selected Google Sheet

4.2 Customer support

SellerButton uses information you voluntarily provide to respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

4.3 Prohibited uses

SellerButton does not use personal information, Google user data, eBay order information, or website content for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, unrelated profiling, or purposes unrelated to the user-facing export functionality described in this policy.

6.1 Direct order export

The current Extension processes supported eBay order information within the browser and sends the mapped values directly from the Extension to the Google Sheets API. SellerButton-operated servers do not receive or store the eBay order information exported by the Extension, and SellerButton does not maintain a separate database containing copies of exported orders.

6.2 Google Sheet storage

Exported order information is stored in the Google Sheet selected by the user. The spreadsheet belongs to and is controlled by the user's Google account. The user can review, change, share, or delete that information through Google Sheets.

6.3 Chrome extension storage

SellerButton uses Chrome's extension sync storage to remember settings needed for the Extension to function. These settings may include the selected spreadsheet URL, spreadsheet ID and name, worksheet ID and title, column mappings, theme, button size, and button color. Chrome may synchronize these settings between browsers connected to your Chrome profile according to your Chrome account settings.

SellerButton does not use Chrome extension storage to keep copies of exported eBay orders, buyer records, or complete order histories. You can clear these settings with SellerButton's reset control.

6.4 Google authorization tokens

Google and Chrome manage the OAuth token used by the Extension. SellerButton uses the token in the browser to make authorized Google API requests and does not store the token in a SellerButton server database.

7.1 Google

Google receives the API requests needed to authenticate you, display the spreadsheet picker, read information from the selected spreadsheet, and add mapped order information to that spreadsheet. Google's handling of this information is governed by Google's terms and privacy policies.

7.2 Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts the SellerButton website and may process standard website request information as needed to deliver and secure the site. The Extension does not send exported eBay order information to Cloudflare or other SellerButton website hosting systems.

7.3 Legal requirements

SellerButton may disclose information in its possession when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of the Service. Because SellerButton servers do not receive or store exported order information, SellerButton cannot disclose a server-side order database that it does not maintain.

7.4 Business transfers

If SellerButton is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of ownership, information in SellerButton's possession may transfer as part of that transaction. A successor remains responsible for applicable privacy obligations.

9.1 Extension settings

Extension settings remain in Chrome's extension sync storage until they are cleared, the Extension is reset, or Chrome removes them according to its own storage behavior.

9.2 Exported order information

SellerButton does not retain exported order information on SellerButton-operated servers. Information written to your selected Google Sheet remains there until you modify or delete it.

9.3 Google authorization

Google and Chrome retain authorization information as needed to maintain the connection. You may revoke SellerButton's Google access through your Google Account settings.

9.4 Support information

Information you voluntarily provide to support may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain support records, protect the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
